There were no recovery points as it was still new. I tried to fix with startup repair, then I tried safe mode and that worked at first, but nothing could be fixed. I originally tried all the windows 10 advanced option repair tools. Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried? And it has an MFG Date as 2 but for how long I've had it is about a month. I'm not 100% sure of which numbers are which, but I think the make/model is Predator 15 Model NO. Just try to direct me to how I can get a recovery disk for the laptop. I recently bought it but after a windows update it completely failed. I've tried to fix it on many ends but it refuses to boot, and I think resetting it to its original setup may fix it. I think I need a recovery disk for my predator 15 acer laptop.
